Faculty of Dentistry of Hasanuddin University held a Training and Refresing Tutor Problem Based Learning (PBL) as an effort to improve academic quality services (24-25 / 7/2019).
The activity which was held for 2 days was held in the Molar Room of the Faculty of Dentistry, Unhas, by presenting the charman of Komkordik FKG Unhas, drg. Adam Malik Hamuddeng, M.Med.Ed., and attended by Deans, Professors, Directors of the Dental Hospital Unhas, Heads of Departments, Block Chairman, Chair and Secretary of DEU, Chair and Secretary of Quality Assurance, heads of the study program and Lecturers.
Vice Dean of Academic Affairs, Research and Innovation at FKG Unhas Prof. Dr. drg. Edy Machmud, Sp.Pros(K), In his remarks when opening the event explained the purpose of organizing the activity which is to equalize the perception of the 7 jump training method in the tutorial process and how to manage the tutorial based on the 7 jump method.
“The 7 jump method in question is 7 steps in the tutorial process including: Clarification of terminology, Defining the problem, Brainstorming the possibility of a hypothesis, Analysis of the problem, Formulating the goals of learning, Independent Learning and Discussion”, explained Prof. Edy.
After the activity, the Dean of FKG Unhas drg. Muhammad Ruslin, M.Kes., Ph.D., Sp.BM (K)., Explained “This activity will be held annually as an effort to refresher tutors before entering the new academic year”.
