Prof. Dr. Muh. Harun Achmad, drg., M.Kes., Sp.KGA., KKA(K), FSASS merupakan salah satu staf Dosen Departemen Ilmu Kedokteran Gigi Anak FKG Unhas. Beliau menamatkan sarjana kedokteran gigi pada tahun 1999 di FKG Unhas. Beliau menamatkan studi Magister Kesehatan di Unpad pada tahun 2010. Beliau kemudian melanjutkan studi dokter gigi spesialis kedokteran gigi anak pada tahun 2005-2009 di Unpad. Beliau juga kembali melanjutkan studi doktoral di FK Unhas pada tahun 2010 dan memperoleh gelarnya pada tahun 2013. Saat ini beliau banyak terlibat dalam berbagai project penelitian, pengembangan kurikulum kedokteran gigi, dan berbagai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada tumbuh kembang kraniofacial anak.
